Our Story
Meet Robyn Forsyth, the founder of ___ Coast.
Born and raised along the shores of the southern Salish sea, our connection to this coast runs deep.
The concept of ___ Coast was born out of many days spent out on the water, quietly witnessing the ebb + flow of delicate ecosystems around northern Vancouver Island and beyond.
From building a career in the marine tourism over the last six-plus years as a lead sea kayak guide, marine mammal naturalist + marketing professional, I’ve been fortunate to engage with many local organizations throughout this shared industry.
During countless days in the field, a distant idea began to take shape: exploring the intersection of where storytelling + marine conservation meet, with the intention of amplifying local efforts along the way.
